Ordered delivery. Fried rice is actually yellow rice. Not very good :(

The wait staff was rude. We wanted to share our two entrees (not buffet) with our two young kids and the waitress laughed at us! Said, "Why you share?" What does she care? We still had food left over. They never refilled our waters. We saw a cockroach crawling right on the side of our table. That's when we left to never come back!

Great value. We wanted crab legs without paying beach prices so we came here. We went around 8:00. The food was reasonably fresh, no crab leg clusters but enough single legs to have my fill. Everything we tried was good. Nothing amazing but good, especially for the price ($11 each I think).

Great buffet! Lots of variety, good price, and kids enjoyed the dessert including ice cream.

My husband and I stopped here late last night. The staff was so kind and helpful. I enjoyed the boiled Mussels, crab legs, and the boiled shrimp was huge in size. The restaurant was not crowded. This is the second time I have eaten here and never been disappointed .

Came back for the lunch buffet. Because there are no other Chinese places within a half hr of Carillon Beach. It's cheap! Sort of... At $7.25 pp, it satisfied Chinese food cravings but next time (well, probably not a next time) we'll order from the menu.

Not much selection, went to early dinner after reading reviews of leftover cold buffet items. Didn't matter, seemed like it had been out a while. Food tastes ok, just didn't seem fresh. They did start putting out hot food again before we left. Nice little place, but not a big selection.

Not bad but not great. Best thing on buffet is the pepper shrimp. Also with very few Chinese selections in the area, its either this or drive to the other Jin Jin which isn't buffet style.

In the end it wasn't all that bad but it's nothing compared to the other Jin Jin restaurant which is actually in Panama City Beach. We got chicken fried rice and egg drop soup. The chicken in the rice looked boiled and taken right out of a pot. It tasted OK but I was expecting a lot based on how good the other "Jin Jin" is. The "Jin Jin" that does not have a buffet and is not across from a CVS is by far better.

Cold food. Much of the buffet items seemed reheated. The pot stickers were hard and taffy like, would rather get the microwave kind.

Visited the other evening. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very nice and friendly. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. We opted to order off the menu rather than dine from the buffet. Glad we did. The meals were delicious. Hot, tasty and cooked perfectly. Veggies had just the right crunch and they were generous with the meats. All in all a great experience and I recommend. Nice to find good food in PCB.

If you just want sustenance, then that's all you get, food all tastes the same, not much flavor for $7.95 shouldn't expect more. If you have never had real Chinese food then you may like this. Staff very friendly and place is clean. I won't be back.

2nd time they did not get our to go order correct even though we asked them to check it. Poor quality and quantity for Chinese restaurant. They have turned it into one of those low end chinese buffet restaurants.

I haven't been here in a while. Glad I stopped by. Ordered the garlic chicken off the menu which was excellent! It's as good as I've ever had. The sauce was notably spicy hot but not uncomfortable so the other flavors came through. A very generous portion for 2 that was plated beautifully with plenty of crisp-cooked vegetables. I went on a Thurs around 5 pm so the dining room was tranquil. It's been recently renovated and it was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will def drop by again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
